I wonder what they would say if the customers of their businesses started asking to interfere with it in the way Andrew Magowan has suggested. No doubt they would tell them to go away as how they run their business is their own choice. So why does Mr Magowan think its ok to interfere how solicitors run their business. He doe's not own the practice or have any involvement in the running of it so he should keep quiet.

How about he judges what firms he wants to use based upon the quality of advice and service?
