On a general note, those lawyers that think the legal profession should be exempt from competition and analysis are unlikely to last very long. We are a service industry, selling a product. We sell legal services, restaurants sell food, but the same principles are applicable to each. Excellent service at a competitive price will be what wins the day in both professions - and vice versa.
