Some interesting points in what you say. Not so sure about those about 'loophole' sites. It is true that we should never have been allowed to advertise in such ways as is now done (all of our faults there). But it is equally true that there are particularly now, some very very poor quality Criminal Practitioners 'practising' out there (like PI 'lawyers'). In this we should blame the retractions in Legal Aid (the client always walked to competent solicitors and barristers that could win cases), and equally as we know the "prosecution charter" by way of withdrawal of central funds payments,.
