Hmmmmm..... So let me get this straight, you suspect a claim(s) is/are dishonest/fraudulent or exaggerated. You fight it using the courts and the rules that have been enacted to stop the very thing you suspect. You succeed, the claims are dropped and on top you get a cost order of just shy of £13K that you are free to enforce like any other person or business in this country.

But yet the rhetoric from insurers is, that the compensation system is "broken" or "dysfunctional". If you bring a legitimate claim, you get paid out, you bring a fraudulent claim, you get challenged, caught out and it costs you £13K plus your own solicitors costs.....The system seems to be working fine to me?

You just need to use the tools at your disposal rather sulking to those in power. Maybe that is the path of least resistance or it may be the cheaper option, who knows...
