Forget Law changes. Forget the 'fault system'. The most lamentable part about Personal Injury is the Ministry of Justice Portal. Far from streamlining PI cases, it makes matters needlessly finicky and awkward. Many Defendant insurers have no regard for the time constraints and there are no actual consequences for when they breach the protocol. It isn't user friendly or practical and while I know I might sound Claimant biased, I know plenty of Defendant practitioners that despise the system.

That digression aside, I agree with anon 9:26. I'm also not sure why so much emphasis is placed on private interests when Lord Jackson has already lead a one man crusade to restrict access to justice.
