However I would like to add that some firms fail to see that we are living in a new technological era; where small infractions which were once unnoticeable can now attract considerable online attention. The consequences of which paint the profession in a bad light. A bit of courtesy and common sense goes along way. The CPR does offer some flexibility and the LIP could have been politely told to effect service approriately.
