I think most of us recognise the type of behaviour that is now, thankfully, being properly outed and demonised. No-one should have to work in an atmosphere where they don't feel comfortable and feel harassed. It could be that an act of kindness to a colleague could be misconstrued by that colleague, but this has always been the case. If you're the type of person that acts kindly to everyone, regardless of who they are, then I'm sure there will be little to worry about. If you're the type of person that acts kindly to, for example, female colleagues aged between 18-35 only and soon stops being kind if the female shows little interest, then you should quite rightly worry. I should point out that I'm male and try to treat everyone the same. I think all decent people should be pleased that the issue of sexual harassment is now on the agenda
