We probably all know people who have met their long-term partners at work. As for working out whether conduct is unwanted or not, I would suggest that anybody (particularly any solicitor) in that situation should proceed (if at all) with extreme caution. Where there is a significant power imbalance (in either direction) I would suggest considering very carefully whether it is wise to proceed at all.
