Anonymous 30 November14 11 What I am saying is that everyone deserves a second chance and that if the person concerned had advanced cogent reasons for his first lapse he should be considered for a fresh start. judging by the reports of medical profession lapses they seem to be far more compassionate than the legal authorities.I am currently reading a biography of E Marshall Hall and it shows me that little progress has been made to fairness in the courts and btw there is life after the legal profession
