How is it even possible not to be overwhelmed with the sudden increase of work in the last few months? Most of us in the field have plenty to do, with the influx of new cases.

The bigger problem is that clients will not pay the sort of fees we used to be able to charge, but there are loads of potential claimants desperate for help, if you can only find fixed fee, or reduced rate solutions, making our services more affordable to them.

Don't just do the legal work, start helping earlier, with the grievance/appeal process.

Consider setting up on your own, stay below the VAT threshold, and knock another 20% off your prices for claimant work.
