I have just googled "plumbers" for my home town.
Not one of them has prices on their websites and not one publishes a list of complaints, so the suggestion we're the only ones not doing this is ridiculous.

In last night's Apprentice one of the candidates had put an accreditation on his website - despite not being a member of the body who had allegedly accredited him. Amazingly, Lord Sugar did not see this as a major issue and he is now in the final. If it is now morally acceptable to behave like this presumably we can put whatever we like on our websites and won't be subject to sanction?
