The SRA should be up front about its costs. In fact all potential recalcitrants should be able to access its website and know in advance what its likely to cost them if they deviate from the straight and narrow before deciding to rip off that fuzzy headed irritating client or form a sexual liaison with that new matrimonial client.
And all complaints against it whether relating to costs or otherwise should similarly appear on its website. I am at a loss to understand its resistance to such notions
