Utter rubbish. What you and buyers and sellers dont know is how conveyancing progresses. What is often termed "delay" is often the time it takes for something to happen. It isnt an instantaneous process.
We provide our clients with a guide which attempts to explain how the process works.
Perhaps the first question of respondents to such surveys ought to be "what do you know about conveyancing?". Then the survey would have context.
