As a claimant PI solicitor I cannot remember the last time I claimed physiotherapy unless it was in respect of future loss.

Mind you I have seen various repair and treatment invoices claiming sums that haven't made it into a schedule following my own investigation.

I do wonder if unqualified folks dealing with these claims actually understand the issues and what does and does not smell. I suspect a lot a lot are blind or kept in the dark with pressure heaped onto them. For me, if this sort of thing is found then you go after the principals of the firm.

But what do I know, I'm so obviously living in a hotbed of fraud making people get nasty injuries just so I can earn a measly £500. It's all my fault...
