I'm not scoring points hence why I have stated I work in the insurance industry, but i am merely pointing out to those who state things like "well report these forms to the SRA" or "without details you have no evidence and as such your comments are worthless", that these investigations take years and the end result of the patience is the damning evidence bought against these people/companies so much so that they rarely bother challenging the evidence.
