Robin. Whilst it isn't fair to generalise about rehab/solicitors, I have to disagree that this is a "problem that largely doesn't exist". It may not do where you work, but I can categorically confirm that this is a large and widespread issue. I have seen literally hundreds of fake physio reports and hundreds of claims dropped when you ask for the notes and treatment details. Why would anyone drop a genuine claim for physio? Also, why are physio rates in a compo claim 3 times the cost of ones normally advertised to the public? Also, who would actually pay £150 a session for telephone physio outside of a compo claim?
