I have been involved in PI claims since 1999 and can honestly say I have never come across a physio invoice for treatment that did not take place. If it is the case that it is widespread then you seem to have a good handle on who is perpetrating the fraud and will no doubt take steps to bring the "physio provider" (and if needs be) the solicitor (who clearly cannot be taking instructions from their client about treatment). And as to invoices for £150.00 per telephone treatment I can again honestly say that I have never seen the same.
