Having now had an opportunity to read the Judgment, I am pleased to see that the SDT have identified the toxic culture within the firm. It quite rightly sets out that they belief the COLP and person heading up HR has no HR experience and that it was purely a tick box exercise. To have an HR Department that does not look after the well being of their employees is shameful. How can firms be allowed to operate under such structures? Employees regardless of what level they are within a firm, need a support mechanism when needed. It is clear that this lady along with many other members of staff have been subjected to bullying by the powers that be who are all in it together.
