I work for a small sole practitioner and I can do a divorce in 4 months, no problem, provided the Respondent co-operates. What happens if he/ she doesn't?
I charge £600 plus vat and the court fee (which is ridiculously high at £550)
I am available to speak to directly at any time during working hours and I take the time to explain the process to people who are very often distressed at the thought of divorce.
I also make sure that the fallout i.e. children issues and financial provision including pension sharing (which is often overlooked) is fully considered before decree absolute.
