We can all (well, hopefully all) agree that the behaviour at Presidents Club was boorish and yet we cannot make things illegal just because the majority of people don't like them. Did anything illegal take place at the event? After all, nobody was forced to attend, and girls taking jobs as hostesses knew what to expect when they were told to wear skimpy clothing. They didn't deserve to be groped, but they are hardly helpless victims.

if anything illegal in a criminal law sense did take place, then it is to be hoped that prosecutions will follow.
