Unfortunately this is neither the case nor the answer.

I am sadly and frequently astounded by the utter garbage that comes across my desk from conveyancing firms, especially where they represent the seller in a residential conveyancing transaction, the firm boasting CQS and other memberships and brandings and a raft of client commendations.

It is the expertise and fundamental skill that counts. Unfortunately after I've corrected all their howlers, doubtless they receive the accolades from their clients for what has doubtless been spun by them as a job well done.
