Not the Conveyancing Association yet again. They are hardly representative yet get a lot of coverage by the Law Society ...

My understanding of the Conveyancing Association is their membership is largely bucket shop panel firms. By definition if they flourish there will be more untrained, inexperienced call centre type based dabblers then ever. Kind of makes a mockery of it!

We publish online reviews. However they can be nonsense. A well known regional firm who rely solely on estate agent panel work have fantastic Google reviews for their local branch. If you look at who left them it is largely family of staff and estate agents who recommend them and receive legalised back handers for their troubles.

We do live in a BS world!
