What we really want to hear is -

1 Why are they and the costs firms named on these pages previously pursuing these claims in cases where firms have not deducted anything from damages, wasting significant amounts of everyone’s time?

2 Why are claims being pursued on behalf of clients who have been cold called?

3 By what means are they obtaining names of clients? It is inconceivable that claimants, particularly those with no deductions from damages, wake up one morning two years after they received their damages, suddenly thinking they will pursue a claim.
