These challenges are going away, contrary to headline. Funnily enough, the only people suggesting otherwise are Mr Green and his barrister! Just refuse to give them your whole file - as per the Law Society Guidance note. Without retainer documents the claims do not get off the ground. There is also the big problem of all the other ongoing cases which I believe are still in the system and which are now going nowhere and will inevitably result in adverse costs orders if not pursued. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
