A much simpler solution, which would save an enormous amount of court time, trouble and general administrative inconvenience. Why not just have a gov.uk website where people could just fill in a very simple form on line, say how much money they wanted + a list of CDs, pets etc, and that would divorce them, without them even needing the embarrassment of having to tell their spouses, get anything served on them, or explain why they should be entitled to what they were demanding?
