I saw this in several firms, the worst was Pannone in Manchester about 5/6 years ago, one director was often pulled up by HR because he had made inappropriate moves on female staff. His team was predominantly female and surprising all attractive, some enjoyed the banter and flirted to advice their careers, he was often warned about encroaching into hotel rooms, no bathrobes but he could have been Harvey Weinstein brother.
