But how did the claimant solicitors obtain the details, were they approached directly by the claimants to deal with their claim exclusively or were they simply advised by a claims farmer that the insurer has "set aside money for their compensation" and as such its reasonable to think that the insurer would indeed contact them to give them the "money" that's been "set aside"
The claimant PI sector trying its best to think about "access to justice" when all I keep reading is the £12K that the claimant solicitor's MIGHT have lost.
The claimant I can assume received compensation surely that's all you guys care for...surely
