It is disingenuous to suggest that clients are being held in contempt for being helped through a process.
This is not to say that an average person could not get their head around how to contact and insurer and attempt to value a claim (absent of medical evidence).
It is more to say they have neither the time nor the inclination to do so and want to feel comfortable in the way their claim is handled and valued.
