Indeed. Brexit has seemingly galvanised parts of Europe - the EU as a bloc and France in particular (although Macron's governmental style is anyway more openly patriotic and oriented towards French interests than that of his immediate predecessors) are bound to seek to take advantage of Brexit.

However, there is no especial reason - other than the direct competition more obviously shown - why English courts should decline in popularity - unless the EU gets sticky over reciprocal enforcement of judgments post Brexit.
