I am sorry Mr Marshall, but what part of the SRA's conduct is "vindictive and despicable"?

If you mean challenging a decision against an individual who has behaved dishonestly over a significant period of time, I think you are severely mistaken.

Despite what the modern media says about those in the legal profession, we solicitors and barristers are meant to be the example. We have to hold ourselves to account, and dishonest individuals should be held to account with sever penalties.

The SRA is the body that regulates us, and they have a duty to us and the public to try and keep our professions credible. I am no fan of the SRA, but do think they have got this one right.
