Sadly, I fear that - this time - the position adopted by the SRA is correct. However I hope sincerely that Ms James is pursuing a claim against her former employer for all loss and damage flowing from what, if the reported allegations are established, is appalling treatment of an employee. I also hope that the SRA has or will put McMillan Williams under a microscope - failing which, one must assume that the SRA condones such behaviour.
