Just playing Devil's Advocate here ...

Looking at all the SRA decisions that are swayed by health issues (this case, Mr Farrimond etc), and that there are stories across the sector that report "huge stresses" and "massive workloads" to name a couple, surely all solicitors should now go and see their doctors every 6 months or so to say they are under a lot of pressure and feeling constantly stressed? That way if they ever want to break the rules, they have a pretty easy way out.
Seems you can be racist, homophobic, or even try to kill someone in the eyes of the SRA as long as you are "feeling the pressure"?
