Yes its a truism that things are getting to stressful in the work place for the legal profession and i agree something should be done. Unfortunately so long as the gravy train goes round is unaffected amongst the big players i cannot see this changing

However to then go on to say its more stressful than working in the NHS, well, consider this: GPs getting only 10 minutes to see a client wherein he/she should take a patients history, examine, discuss treatment including looking for contraindications, deal with emotions of said client, and then come to an agreed plan. To then go on to document all this furthermore. All this in 10 minutes....

Now, that kind of stress has to be incomparable.
