A lot of reviews aren't genuine.
My local health food shop just the other day asked me to tell him how many reviews I thought it had on its website. I guessed "hundreds". He said "one". However, he also said that he was plagued weekly by companies offering to sell him a collection of positive reviews and feedback ratings!
