Be careful what you wish for. If you remove referral fees there will no doubt be an argument that the solicitor fees are too much and should be reduced by the amount of the average referral fee.

You've seen it in PI and it'll head your way soon - conveyancing? That's standard practice innit. Just form filling - anyone can do that. Just need a TR1 and pay stamp duty and you're done.
