Hmmm................I'm not sure where all this "not feeling comfortable with something that has been said" will lead to. I'm quite sure that no one in the firm makes overt sexual demands in crude terms, but what if someone, if asked what they did at the weekend, says "Fred from MegaOil took me shooting and I got 600 birds?" Is the test going to be that which causes a sharp intake of breath at an Islington Labour Party committee meeting?
