The reason why articles like this annoy me so much is that the RTA Insurers all promised reductions in motor premiums in return for the draconian cut of 70% on recoverable costs on RTA claims in 2013. Yet here we are nearly 5 years later and there have been no reductions in premiums and the Insurers all announce record profits. The ABI should be ashamed of their conduct and that of their members.
