ah wonderful. i am so glad they have given the place a lick of paint. here's hoping that will help with the sub-par and frankly inept operations that go on there.
i recently have had to make a complaint to the manager at Birmingham due to the service received while waiting for results of a assessment on costs. when it hadn't been received after some four months, much chasing was ensued with fib after lie after false information about where the results were.
two further months later - last week - i was informed that the assessment hearing didn't go ahead and they had in actual fact, lost our full file of papers months ago. i was given a vague apology along with the member of court staff trying to lighten the mood about how "they had looked for the file everywhere!"
