He appears not to have considered the constant pop ups we are now seeing, bringing fraudulent claims- sometimes with some of the old faces at the other firms in the background (registering websites etc). His type of firm wont be interested in this, but the fraudsters bring the claims not for the PI but the dodgy repairs and hire. The CMCs are not going away, they will flourish in the new environment. Either the CMCs will do all this themselves in the background or they will have their old pals, who as I say are now popping up in small new firms run from the front room/ office over takeaway etc to do it for them.
