Law firms closing down at a rapid rate of knots, practitioners leaving the profession like never before, cannibalistic law firms suing other law firms for success fees being too high/Bills not being detailed enough, NHS under severe strain blaming 'fat cat' lawyers for fleecing the system, most lawyers not knowing if they are coming or going with Precedent Hs, JCodes, Electronic Billing...the list of the fallout due to the changes made goes on and on and will do for years to come.
