I agree that dis/honesty, as well as justice, is a social construct, and we need something independent like the Electoral Commission to assemble a representative sample (probably larger than mathematically necessary, in order to satisfy the public) every xx years to settle what the current construct is. Judges, etc would base their decisions upon it and jurors would have it explained to them, and be told that it was the standard they were to judge the accused's behaviour by. If my opinion were to prevail, all those business people, like Mr BHS Green and associates and probably the entire directorates of banks and financial services but also down to the smallest fry, would be condemned to prison and fines that would reduce them, at best, to a living standard which 90% of the populace would judge as comfortable
