Does free speech include vans driving around streets with large enough to read posters effectively saying "go home?"

Herein lies the problem. To some this is nothing short of the proverbial "red rag" scenario...tough times eh? Let us unfortunately find a scapegoat?

Shameful. Must add you saw the news regarding this tactic but you, yes you, turn the other cheek....
