Oscar Wilde springs to mind in the context: "their is only one thing worse than being talked about, and that's not being talked about"

I agree that solicitors need to move away from using language which is familiar to them, but not to others, when it comes to campaigning for a viable justice system. Access to Justice is a good example of a group using accessible language to get its message across.

The key issue here is that the Law Society and the Bar, must now start using new thinking to defend the Rule of Law.

The tactics of our representative bodies to date have hardly been a runaway success.
