Where was this reticence when these same firms were crowing about their diversity records: they clamoured; they won awards; they won the approbation of the Law Society, the SRA and the LSG and yet...when you look under the skirt of the issue (if you indulge the unfortunate reference) what do you see? Two for the price of one! And it's all their fault?!
