@ 12.06: 3 High Court judges determined the "sufficient interest" threshold was met. Who am I to argue.

Quite right, he's served at least the minimum term. Three experts, a psychologist and 2 psychiatrists, examined him (not sure how long they spent doing this). Allegedly, all 3 had previously been instructed by Warboys directly - conflict? All those "specialists" involved with him day-to-day warned against his release. If that's not cause for a review, I don't know what is.

I do agree that the law must be followed whatever the circumstances; this gives the public no comfort at all.
