I hope the Government don't ever lose their intimate, caring and dominant lovers, the insurance industry. The manner in which legislation is going to be used to get at the discount rate (adjudicated at the highest level) shows that HMG simply cannot say no to gorgeous pouting sexy insurers. The losers will, as usual be genuinely injured people, and the reforms, aimed at sharks, will further harm proper lawyers as well.
