I don't think they are fraudulent, but i simply think they are meritless claims for compensation, driven purely by the greed of the PI Claimant sector and not the desire for access to justice.
The sector has watched for over a decade as numerous firms have been and gone generally bought down by greed centred on these sort of claims or NIHL claims, again the sector jumped on this as it appeared in JCG so "justice" was required for the public blah blah blah!! so much justice was required that it led to the collapse of a company WB a few years back
