Here’s an idea. Why not take conveyancing away from solicitors completely and anyone else from a legal background and off load the whole lot to anyone else. Asda springs to mind or any liberalist luvvies. Then when it all gets into a complete and utter mess ask those clueless ministers who have nothing better to do than dabble to sort the mess out. When that fails give the whole scenario back to solicitors who can charge proper fees to bring it back full circle. You can guess I am absolutely fed up with those who have never been at the coal face who think they know better by making decisions which cause mayhem to a system which has worked well for decades.
