Couldn't agree more, when dealing with budgeting the most greedy budgets we see generally tend to be from the North West.

They are not typical of the rest of the country but they are not helping the sectors reputation one bit. Then again, once the directors/Partners have lined their pockets enough to retire, what do they care about the people they employ and everyone else in the industry.
