No. The Coroner *must* not do anything. That is the whole point of the judgment. It was the very fact that the Coroner was putting in place a blanket policy which said what *must* be done that ended up the judicial review.

It does confirm that religious views concerning burial are one relevant factor to take into account. But so are other factors such as murder investigations and organ donors (examples given by the Coroner herself as to when she does not use a cab rank rule).
